CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES:

MOTOR UNIT:
*2 Pole and 4 pole motor suitable for 415V
/50Hz (single phase) supply. These Monoblocks have the unique
ability to withstand large voltage fluctuations.
*300-400V for 3-phase and 180-240V for single phase supply.
These Monoblocks have the unique ability to
withstand lower voltage fluctuations better than that of most of the other
makes.

|
CASING:
Latest casting techniques give very smooth hydraulic passages. This result in
high efficiency reliability and consistency of performance.
|
|
|
|
IMPELLER:
Dynamically balanced radial/Francis type, enclosed impeller.
|
|
|
|
Shaft:
The high tensile steel shaft is accurately machined and ground it is supported
by antifriction bearings which take the residual axial thrust and prevent radial
run-out.
A shaft sleeve protects the shaft from wear in the stuffing box aria.
|
|
|
|
Stuffing box:
In single phase Monoblocks, the stuffing box is sealed by a mechanical seal,
and in 3-phase Monoblocks, by a gland packing stuffing box depth is provided
for guaranteed sealing.
|
|
|
|
Direction of rotation:
Clockwise when viewed from the driving end. A cast mark is made on the delivery
casing .
|
|
|
|
Bearings:
The standard lubricant for bearing is grease (lithium based grease servo jem-3)
|
|
|
|
Flanges:

Protection:
Standard models are with IP-4 protection. 3-phase models can also be offered
